TENX

SELL
September 15, 2026Horizon stated in the case: 5 trading days

Published once at least 12 trading days had closed after this run.

Summary

Sell/exit TENX. Our analysis sees the recent difference of about 1.6% as in line and under the 2% threshold with no break in data flow, so we use the most recent print for levels. Do not bottom fish mid band basing; use bounces toward overhead mid band and moving average confluence to exit, reduce or initiate a small tactical short. Expected noise of about 26.7% demands wide risk control and we avoid paying outright long premium into elevated volatility of 527.7%. Invalidation is a strong expanding volume close above overhead resistance that forces cover. Confirmation is a close below support that accelerates toward a lower retest. Horizon is 5 trading days.

The case

Our analysis is bearish on TENX and aligns with exiting or avoiding, not holding a core long.

1. Trend and momentum remain broken. After a collapse from elevated levels to lows on very heavy volume, the stock is basing on thin volume below its short term moving average and volume weighted average with mid band and upper band overhead. Momentum stays deeply oversold and has been stuck below the key threshold through the recent window, with the best closes only in the mid twenties and repeated prints showing no repair. Trend signals remain negative with a flattening histogram as price faded, indicating sellers pausing not reversal. A recent spike on a readout update plus same day insider buying pushed intraday to a high but closed lower, then faded on declining volume in a high volume rejection into confluence. After briefly holding above the average late in the summer, price flipped below in early September and stayed below.

2. Compression is not safety. Narrowing volatility and band width after the gap rolled out plus volume collapse from very heavy to thin is coiling on no demand. Noise of about 26.7% means a normal move retests the low or the swing high, and a wider adverse excursion cannot be held in a core without damage.

3. Fundamentals reflect dilution pricing not value. Zero revenue for multiple quarters, operating loss with research accounting for 68% of operating costs, large net loss and cash burn with minimal interest offset. Cash versus market capitalization discount reflects dilution: ordinary share count multiplied several fold with raises every quarter, diluted average well above ordinary, large accumulated deficit funded by paid in capital, book mostly cash at 97% with no lasting assets and evaporates. With no long term liabilities the only funding tool is equity. The long term average remains mechanically inflated by pre gap prints.

4. Flow and discipline favor selling bounces. Retail bullish discussion versus heavy put hedging versus calls with elevated volatility of 527.7% points to hedging of the binary Phase 3 readout while retail discusses a floor. Our confidence is only somewhat bearish given a headline with no details and a news vacuum in early September, and a market fear gauge is irrelevant to this binary. An insider purchase was tiny relative to thin volume and quarterly burn on the same day as a cautious update, and a sell side Overweight was a reiteration not an upgrade with no target change, a sequence that already failed at the intraday high. Holding for large upside of 586% hopes a moonshot bails out broken price action where the company is a willing seller into spikes. A prior Sell was marginally off with 0.0% raw and 0.4% alpha as compression produced basing not breakdown, and recent history averages -10.20% so bearish positioning generally paid. We rate Sell as exit or avoid, not a leveraged short: exit longs now in the mid band, only add tactical short small on bounces toward overhead resistance with a stop above, accelerating only on a confirmed close below support toward a lower retest. A small core hold is rejected because it cannot survive the swing and bleeds time decay into unclear timing.

What would weaken it

  • Expanding-volume close above overhead resistance forces cover
  • Thin-volume basing squeeze into moving-average confluence
  • Dilution or binary readout surprise spurs sharp bounce
