- Earnings land inside the horizon; a miss invalidates the setup outright.
- The call premium is concentrated in one near-dated expiry, so it can unwind fast.
- Sector breadth is narrowing; the move depends on two index heavyweights.

Common questions
What is a signal?
A signal is our view on one stock at one moment: a buy, hold or sell call, the reasoning behind it, and the conditions that would weaken it. It’s a research output, not an instruction.
How often does it update?
Four times every trading day — at the open, mid-morning on new insider filings, late morning on attention shifts, and after the close on the day’s new filings. Each run posts as its analysis finishes.
What data does it read?
Price and volume structure, options flow (unusual premium, volume against open interest, call/put skew), Form 4 insider filings read from EDGAR, and earnings proximity. AI then weighs those inputs and produces the call, the reasoning, and the conditions that would weaken it.
Who decides which stocks get analysed?
Coverage follows the community. The opening run analyses the names our subscribers watch, so Plus and Elite members — who choose their own watchlists — shape what enters the queue. Everyone sees the output at their plan’s level, and signals are visible only to signed-in members. A name reaches other members’ feeds only once more than one member is watching it, so your own watchlist is never shown to other subscribers.
What’s free and what’s paid?
A free account shows the day’s moves and a sample of signals. Every new account also gets a 7-day Standard trial with full signals and daily reports. Paid plans add on-demand analysis of any ticker and, from Plus up, daily watchlist batches you control.
Is this investment advice?
No. Confibay is a research tool that publishes the same analysis to every subscriber. It isn’t tailored to your finances, goals or risk tolerance, and using it doesn’t create an adviser-client or fiduciary relationship. Decisions, and their consequences, stay yours.
How do I cancel?
Any time, from your account. Your plan runs to the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and nothing renews after that.
